Dear Golfers and One Stroke Forward Supporters,
We cordially invite you to participate in and sponsor the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association’s Northern Kentucky 4-Ball, benefitting One Stroke Forward Foundation (www.onestrokeforward.org).
You may not be aware that Stroke is the leading cause of long-term disability in adults in the US, especially young adults. In fact, someone has a stroke every 40 seconds, and $34 Billion a year is spent on health care, medicine, treatment, and missed days at work for survivors and caregivers. Kelly Marsh is a survivor of a near fatal stroke at the age of 36, and now she and her husband Brad, have made it their mission to provide critical resources to stroke survivors to maximize their recovery, regain their independence, and return to work, family, and community. There is no other foundation focused on helping survivors Take Recovery Further when insurance and personal resources are exhausted.
Details of the event are below but you must register on the GCGA website (www.gcga.org) by going to the Play/Compete page and creating an account. If you have any trouble just let us know.
